Blue Lagoon Recipe
Blue Curaçao Syrup • Lime • Lemonade. Electric blue citrus sensation topped with sparkling lemonade. Serves 1, in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 20 ml blue curaçao syrup
- 15 ml lime juice
- 120 ml lemonade
- ice
Method
- Add syrup and lime juice to the glass with ice.
- Top with chilled lemonade.
- Stir gently to create a blue gradient.
Serving tip
Garnish with a citrus wheel. Use chilled lemonade for the best colour.
