Bay Breeze Recipe
Vodka • Pineapple Juice • Cranberry Juice. Smooth vodka mixed with tropical pineapple and tart cranberry. Serves 1, in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 45 ml vodka
- 60 ml pineapple juice
- 60 ml cranberry juice
- ice
Method
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Add vodka, pineapple juice and cranberry juice.
- Stir gently until chilled.
Serving tip
Garnish with a pineapple wedge. Pour the cranberry last for a soft colour fade.

Measure the spirit with a jigger, chill the glasses and cut garnishes shortly before service. Juices, purees and syrups can be measured and chilled a few hours ahead, which keeps service quick. Fresh garnishes should look bright, and clean, plentiful ice is the quiet hero of every glass. Taste before serving and adjust sweetness or acidity to suit the day, because fruit varies by season. Variation: Add a squeeze of lime to cut the sweetness on hot afternoons.
