For planners
Event Planners: Partner with CASK & Co.
Planners are judged on how smoothly an event runs. A bar that arrives late, looks unfinished or confuses the venue reflects on them. We aim to be a partner who makes that part of the brief easy.
What planners need from a bar
Planners usually need four things from a drinks partner: a clear brief process, accurate pricing, reliable timing and a team that works well with decorators, caterers and venue staff. We have built our service around those four.
How to brief us
- The date, venue and expected number of guests.
- The type of event and the programme, including speeches and performances.
- Whether alcohol will be served and who will arrange it.
- The look you want: colours, theme and any branding.
- Loading rules, power points and the person we should contact at the venue.
Pricing you can pass on
Our packages are transparent. Essential Sip, a four-mocktail bar, starts at ₹25,000 for 25 guests and four hours. Grand, with four cocktails and four mocktails, starts at ₹40,000. Elite, with seven curated drinks, live flair and crystal glassware, starts at ₹60,000. Extra guests are added in blocks of 25, and extra hours cost ₹3,000 each, so quotes are easy to justify to a client.
Licences and compliance
We work on a dry hire basis, which means the host arranges the alcohol. We guide your client through the premises NOC and the Kerala Excise FL6 licence, explain the current process and never serve anyone under 23. That removes a common source of last-minute stress.
A typical planner timeline
Six to eight weeks before, send the brief and agree the package. Four weeks before, confirm the guest estimate, the menu and the venue contact. One week before, share the final timings and the layout. On the day, we arrive at the agreed loading window, build the counter and report to you before the doors open.
Working with the rest of the team
Our counter assembles in under ten minutes, so we can wait for decor to finish and still be ready on time. We agree loading windows with the venue, share our layout needs early and keep the counter styled to match your plan. Our team arrives early, tests every pour and stays until the agreed finish.
Multiple events and repeat work
If you manage several events, tell us your calendar and we can plan ahead. Having one team that knows your standards reduces briefing time and avoids surprises.

Why planners choose a mobile bar
A bar is one of the few elements that can change the atmosphere without changing the venue. It gives guests a place to gather, gives photographers something beautiful and gives the client a sense of generosity. Done well, it becomes the part of the evening people mention afterwards.
For planners who want to understand the wider trend, our essay on the rise of mobile bar events in Kerala explains why more hosts are asking for one.
