Service
Beverage Catering by CASK & Co.
Food catering is usually the biggest decision of an event, and drinks are often left to chance. A beverage caterer takes that job off your list and coordinates it with everything else.
What beverage catering means
Beverage catering is the planning and service of drinks for an event: choosing the menu, supplying equipment and staff, serving guests and clearing up afterwards. It is separate from food catering, but it has to run in step with it.
We provide the counter, glassware, tools, mixers, garnishes and trained bartenders, and the host supplies the alcohol under our dry hire model.
Working alongside your food caterer
Good drink service follows the rhythm of the meal. Welcome drinks should be ready as guests arrive, the main bar should be at full speed before dinner and lighter drinks suit the dessert hour. We agree timings with you and, where helpful, with your caterer and decorator.
Practical details matter too: where the ice is kept, where used glasses go and how supplies reach the counter without crossing the dining area.
Planning the menu
A menu that suits the food makes the whole event feel designed. Rich, spiced dishes call for fresh, acidic drinks such as the Green Apple Cooler or a Whiskey Sour. Lighter meals pair with fruit-forward drinks. Our menu design guide explains how to build a balanced list.
Staffing and service
Beverage service needs people as much as equipment. We staff the counter to match your guest count, with extra bartenders available for peak hours. Our team arrives early, assembles the counter in under ten minutes, tests every pour and stays until the agreed finish.
Equipment and clear-up
Everything the bar needs travels with us: counter units, glassware crates, tools, ice containers and garnish trays. We also bring what the end of the evening needs, including a station for used glasses and bags for waste. After the last drink we pack up quietly so the host can finish the evening in peace.
Hygiene and safety
Clean hands, clean tools and clean ice are the basics of safe beverage service. We follow FSSAI hygiene guidelines, prepare alcohol-free drinks separately from alcoholic ones and keep garnishes covered until they are used. Glasses are polished before service, and broken glass is cleared at once.
A typical timeline
Planning begins when you share the date and venue. A few weeks before, we confirm the menu, the guest count and the setup. On the day, we arrive early, assemble the counter, prepare mixers and open the bar as the first guests arrive. We serve to the agreed finish and then clear everything.
Packages and pricing
Packages start at ₹25,000 for 25 guests and four hours. Essential Sip serves four mocktails, Grand serves four cocktails and four mocktails, and Elite offers seven curated signature drinks with live flair and crystal glassware. Extra guests are added in clear blocks of 25, and extra hours cost ₹3,000 each.
